Il "Fish and Chips" è probabilmente il piatto anglosassone piu' conosciuto al mondo e, proprio a Windsor,ai piedi dell'omonimo castello, c'è il celeberrimo pub "The George Inn" che serve un Fish and Chips incredibilmente croccante e gustoso.
Quello che vedete nelle foto si chiama Beer Battered Fish and Chips, ovvero pesce con pastella alla birra.
